The Inbox provides WhatsApp chat functionality for your account. With this feature, you can receive and send messages directly from RateUp.

From the Inbox, you can:

• Initiate templates and flows to send to contacts (only those with an active session).
• Interact with your contacts
• Export WhatsApp chats between specific dates, before a certain date, on a particular date, or after a certain date.

This centralizes all your communication and management needs, enhancing your efficiency.
