Participants
The per-contact list, with name, phone, consent and delivery status.
Search by name or phone to find one person, and filter by status to see only failures.
| Action | Use |
|---|---|
| Add Participant | Add someone to a campaign already built |
| Resend | Try again for a contact whose message failed |
| Delete Participants | Remove people from the campaign |
Check consent in this list before sending, not after. A participant without consent will fail — and every failure counts against your account.
Delivery Report
The Delivery Report breaks the send down by outcome: delivered, read and failed.
Read it alongside Message Analytics, which puts this campaign in the context of everything else you send.
What the numbers tell you
| Pattern | Likely meaning |
|---|---|
| High failure rate | List quality, or missing consent |
| High delivery, low read | The message is not compelling, or arrived at a bad time |
| High read, no replies | The call to action is unclear |
| Replies flooding the Inbox | Good problem — check staffing before the next send |
Controlling a Drip
Running drip campaigns can be paused and resumed:
| Control | Effect |
|---|---|
| Pause Drip | Stops sending; already-sent messages are unaffected |
| Start Drip | Resumes from where it stopped |
Pause immediately if you spot a mistake in a live drip — a wrong link, a broken variable. You cannot recall what has already gone, but you can stop the rest.
Exporting
| Format | Use |
|---|---|
| Download as Excel (.xlsx) | Analysis in a spreadsheet |
| Download as OpenDocument (.ods) | Open-format alternative |
Exports contain participant phone numbers — treat them as personal data.
Deleting a Campaign
Delete Campaign removes it and its report.
Deleting destroys the delivery record. If you want the history for future comparison, export it first.
