Access Links

One shareable page holding several links — the single URL you put in a bio or a campaign.

An access link is a single page that holds several links. Share one URL and let people choose where to go — a survey, your menu, a booking form, your socials.

It is the answer to "we only get one link in the bio".

Your access links

Go to QR Studio → Access Links and click Create Access Link.

Give it a name — this identifies it in your list.

Click Create Link. It opens in the editor.

Add the links you want on the page, and arrange them in the order visitors should see them.

Publish when you are ready. Until then it is not live.

Status

StatusMeaning
ActiveThe link is live and reachable
InactiveThe link is not serving visitors
PublishedThe current version has been published

Editing a published link does not go live until you publish again — so you can rework a page without breaking what people are currently visiting.

Tracking Clicks

Each access link shows a Clicks count.

Compare it with the scan count on any QR code pointing at it: scans tell you how many people picked up their phone, clicks tell you how many actually went somewhere.

Managing

  • Rename — change the name without affecting the URL or its content
  • Delete — removes the link permanently; anyone visiting the old URL will find nothing
  • Search — find a link by name once you have several

Deleting an access link breaks every QR code and printed material pointing at it. If it is in the wild, set it inactive rather than deleting it.

Best Practices

  • Put the most important link first — most visitors tap one thing and leave
  • Keep the list short; five good links beat fifteen
  • Point printed QR codes at an access link, so the destinations can change later
  • Check the click counts monthly and prune the links nobody uses
