Settings Overview
Your profile, notifications and password, and your organisation's members, teams, channels, integrations, billing and audit log.
Settings is where the organisation itself is configured: who works here, what they can reach, which channels are connected, and what you pay for.
The Sections
The Settings sidebar is split into groups. Entries you have no ability for are hidden.
You
Settings that belong to you as a person.
Profile & Business
Your profile, your organisation's business details and business hours.
Notifications
Choose what RateUp tells you about and where — in the app, on your phone, by email or as desktop alerts.
Password & Account
Change your password, delete your account or your organisation.
Organization
Settings that apply to everyone in the organisation.
Members
Invite people, give each a role, fine-tune individual abilities, and pause or remove access when someone leaves.
Teams
Group members into teams, and choose which channels each team sees.
Channels
Connect WhatsApp, Messenger and Instagram — together or on their own — and set up each number, including calling.
Integrations
API keys and their usage, the signed organisation webhook, and third-party platforms.
Billing
Your plan, active contacts and campaign credits, top-up packs, and invoices.
Audit log
Who on your team created, changed or deleted what, and when.
RateUp
RateUp Admin — shown only to RateUp staff.
The groups were previously called Account Settings, Platform Settings, System Settings and Admin Settings.
Customize Menu
Not in the Settings list: the grid icon at the foot of the sidebar rail chooses which optional features — Loyalty, Commerce, QR & Links and more — show in the menu for everyone.
Who Can Change What
What each person can do comes from their role, plus any abilities fine-tuned for them — see Members & Roles. By default:

Managers act only within their own teams; Admins and the Owner reach every team.
Changes here affect people immediately: an ability removed in Members or a channel taken off a team applies to that person straight away.
