Settings Overview

Settings is where the organisation itself is configured: who works here, what they can reach, which channels are connected, and what you pay for.
The Sections
Account
Your profile and your organisation's business details.
Users
Invite people, set their role and permissions, remove them when they leave.
Teams
Group members into teams and control which features each team can use.
Channels
Connect WhatsApp, Instagram and Facebook accounts.
Integrations
Webhooks, API keys and third-party platforms.
Security
Change your password, delete your account or your organisation.
Billing
Your plan, message limits and add-ons.
Who Can Change What

| Deleting the organisation | The organisation owner |
Changes here affect everyone in the organisation. A permission removed in Users or a feature switched off in Teams takes effect for that person immediately.
