Commands

The Commands page allows administrators to configure WhatsApp commands that customers can send to interact with the loyalty program. These commands trigger automated responses such as checking points, joining the loyalty program, or viewing rewards.

Loyalty commands page

At the top of the page, the Customer Registration page link is displayed.

This link can be shared with customers so they can register for the loyalty program.

To copy the registration link:

  1. Locate the Customer Registration page link section.
  2. Click Copy URL.

You can share this link through:

  • WhatsApp
  • SMS
  • Email
  • QR codes

Customers who open the link will be directed to the loyalty registration page.


Loyalty WhatsApp Command Configuration

Below the registration link, the Loyalty WhatsApp Command Configuration table lists all available WhatsApp commands.

Each command defines a keyword customers can send via WhatsApp to trigger a specific loyalty action.

Table Columns

Type

Indicates the action triggered by the command.

Examples include:

  • Customer Registration
  • Point Information
  • Rewards Issue List
  • Customer Removal from Loyalty

Request Message

The message customers must send on WhatsApp to trigger the command.

Examples:

  • Join loyalty
  • View points
  • Rewards
  • Deregister

Response Type

Defines the format of the response sent back to the customer.

Possible options include:

  • Text
  • Template

Actions

Each command entry provides the following options:

  • Edit – Modify the command configuration.
  • Delete – Remove the command.

Creating a New WhatsApp Command

To create a new command:

  1. Click New in the Loyalty WhatsApp Command Configuration section.
  2. Configure the command details.
  3. Click Save.

A configuration dialog will appear.

Configuring a Command

Service Type

Defines the loyalty action that will be triggered.

Examples:

  • Point Information
  • Customer Registration
  • Rewards List
  • Deregister Customer

Request Message

Enter the message customers will send on WhatsApp.

Example: View points

When a customer sends this message, the configured response will be triggered automatically.


Response Type

Select how the response should be sent.

Template

Uses a predefined WhatsApp template message.

Text

Sends a plain text response.


WhatsApp Template

If Template is selected, choose the WhatsApp template that will be sent to the user.

Dynamic variables can be included in templates:

  • {{1}} – Current point balance
  • {{2}} – Redeemed points
  • {{3}} – Total earned points

These values are automatically populated when the response is sent.


Saving the Command

After configuring the command:

  1. Review the settings.
  2. Click Save.

The command will be added to the WhatsApp Command Configuration list.
