UI Skills
Carousels, buttons, lists, location requests and Flows the agent can answer with instead of plain text.
A UI skill lets the agent answer with something tappable rather than a paragraph. You pick the component and describe the moment the agent should reach for it.
Add a UI Skill
Click Add UI skill.
Under Component type, choose a component.
Fill in When to send it — the moment this component fits.
Click Create UI skill.
Edit UI skill reopens one, and each can be switched off with Disable without deleting it — the row then reads Disabled.
The Components
| Component | What the customer sees |
|---|---|
| Call-to-action link | A single message with one prominent link button |
| Interactive list | A tappable list of options in a bottom sheet |
| Carousel with links | A swipeable card set where each card links out to your site |
| Carousel with quick replies | A swipeable card set where each card offers tappable replies |
| Location request | Asks the customer to share where they are |
| Location | Shares a pin on the map |
| Image | Sends an image alongside the reply |
| WhatsApp Flow | Opens one of your published Flows |
A WhatsApp Flow UI skill asks you to Select a published flow — only published Flows can be chosen, so publish it first.
A UI skill is an option, not a script. The agent decides whether the moment matches your description, so write When to send it as narrowly as you can.
