WhatsApp Settings
The WhatsApp Settings section is used to configure and manage your WhatsApp Business Account connection. This configuration enables message delivery, webhooks, catalogs, flows, and automation.
Accessing WhatsApp Settings
WhatsApp settings can be accessed from WhatsApp → Settings.
This page allows you to configure WhatsApp either automatically or manually.
Configuration Modes
At the top of the page, two configuration modes are available:
- Automated
- Manual
Select Manual to enter WhatsApp Business configuration details manually.
WhatsApp Configuration
The WhatsApp Configuration section is used to connect your WhatsApp Business Account.
Channel Name
- Enter a unique name to identify this WhatsApp channel.
- This name is used internally for reference.
WABA ID
- Enter the WhatsApp Business Account ID.
- This value is provided by Meta.
This ID links your WhatsApp Business Account to the platform.
Phone ID
- Enter the Phone Number ID associated with the WhatsApp Business Account.
- This ID represents the phone number used for sending messages.
App ID
- Enter the Facebook App ID connected to your WhatsApp integration.
- This app is used for authentication and webhook communication.
Access Token
- Paste the Permanent Access Token generated from Meta.
- This token is required to:
- Send messages
- Fetch templates
- Sync catalogs
- Trigger flows
Keep this token secure and up to date.
Webhook Password
- Enter a secure password for webhook verification.
- This password is used to validate incoming webhook events.
Instagram Connected Facebook Page
- Select the Facebook Page connected to Instagram (optional).
- Use the refresh icon to reload available pages.
This is required only if Instagram-related automation is enabled.
Webhook Configuration
The Webhook Configuration section provides the webhook URL required for Meta.
WhatsApp Webhook URL
- Copy the provided webhook URL.
- Paste this URL into your Facebook App → Webhooks configuration.
This enables real-time event delivery from WhatsApp.
Webhook Configuration Note
Ensure the webhook URL is correctly added in:
- Facebook App settings
- WhatsApp webhook subscriptions
Without this step, message delivery and status updates will not work.
Saving Configuration
To apply the configuration:
- Review all entered values carefully
- Click Save Changes
The system validates and stores the configuration.
Deleting Configuration
To remove the WhatsApp configuration:
- Click Delete Configuration
- Confirm the action
This immediately disconnects the WhatsApp Business Account.
When to Use Manual Configuration
Manual configuration is recommended when:
- Advanced control over credentials is required
- Automated setup is not available
- Custom webhook handling is needed
- Migrating from another WhatsApp provider

- Use permanent access tokens where possible
- Store credentials securely
- Verify webhook setup after saving
- Avoid deleting configuration during active campaigns
