NPS Questions

NPS (Net Promoter Score) questions allows you to create questions which can calculate customer loyalty metric that can be used to gauge the likelihood of your customers recommending your products or services to others.

The responses to the NPS question are categorized into three groups:

  • Promoters (score 9-10): These are loyal enthusiasts who will keep buying and refer others, fueling growth.
  • Passives (score 7-8): These are satisfied but unenthusiastic customers who are vulnerable to competitive offerings.
  • Detractors (score 0-6): These are unhappy customers who can damage your brand through negative word-of-mouth.
