Survey Templates

Survey templates are pre-designed questionnaires that can be used to collect information from respondents efficiently and consistently. RateUp provides a variety of survey templates which will help you to streamline the survey creation process.

To create a survey using templates

• Move to Templates section under Web Survey in the sidebar. A list of templates will be available.
• Click on any template according to your preference.
• Click on Try this template.
• Select the teams and then Click Submit.

A survey will be created in the surveys section with the given template. You can customize it according to your need.
