1. Overview Tab
- The Overview tab provides a high-level summary of the survey responses and statistics. It gives you a quick glance at the overall performance of the survey, including the total number of responses, total number of people who started and visited survey. This section helps you understand the general trends and performance of your survey.
2. Analytics
- The Analytics section is where you can delve deeper into question-based analytics. There are two types of overviews within this section:
- NPS Overview: This part focuses specifically on Net Promoter Score (NPS) questions. It displays the NPS score and provides a visual representation of the overall responses for NPS-type questions. This can be crucial for assessing customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Question Wise Overview: This part offers a detailed breakdown of response statistics for each individual question. It includes summaries and bar graphs, allowing you to analyze the distribution of responses for each question more comprehensively.
3. Response Tab
- The Response tab presents a table that lists all the individual responses received. It includes information such as the date of response submission. Additionally, you have the ability to manage responses by deleting them. This can be done by clicking on the trash icon associated with each response. Deleting a response is useful if there are invalid or test responses that need to be removed from the dataset.
4. Comparison
- The Comparison section provides team-wise response comparisons specifically for NPS questions. It allows you to assess how different teams or groups are performing based on the NPS scores. This can be valuable for identifying areas of improvement or success within different segments of your audience.
5. Filtering Options
- Languages, Tags, and Rating: In the Response tab, you have the ability to filter responses based on languages, tags, and ratings. This allows you to narrow down and analyze specific subsets of your survey data, making it easier to derive insights and understand the nuances within different segments of your audience.
